We make every effort to display our products and their colors, sizes, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors with complete accuracy.
All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Tulipe Shop reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to limit product quantities per person, per household, or per order.

Section 4 — Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information for all purchases.
We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Cash on Delivery is available across all districts of Bangladesh.
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Tulipe Shop delivers to all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
Delivery within Chattogram: 1–2 working days.
Delivery to Dhaka: 2–3 working days.
Delivery to all other districts: 3–5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or courier delays beyond our control.
Tulipe Shop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Section 6 — Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect — return it to the delivery agent immediately.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Refunds are only issued in cases of order cancellation, out-of-stock items, or items confirmed defective upon delivery.

Section 7 — Warranty

All Tulip fans come with up to 3 years of manufacturer warranty, depending on the model.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, power surges, or physical damage.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and proof of purchase.
