Check Your Order on Delivery
Please carefully check your package at the time of delivery and make sure you have received all items listed on your invoice. If any item is missing, damaged, wrong, or defective — immediately return the package to the delivery agent before signing off.
Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange for a different size or model within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
- We do not accept exchanges for items that have been used or installed.
- Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item — contact us immediately within the return window.
- Depending on the item condition, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- You must provide supporting documentation such as an unboxing video and your delivery invoice to process your claim.
Important: Returns will not be accepted if the reason is "no longer needed" or "change of mind" after the item has been used or installed.
Warranty Claims
For any technical or product issues that arise after use or after the return window has closed, we will refer you to the brand's official warranty service center where applicable. All Tulip fans come with up to 3 years of manufacturer warranty.
Required for all return/exchange claims:
- Unboxing video (recorded at time of delivery)
- Original delivery invoice or order confirmation
- Clear photos or video of the issue
Refund Policy
When Are Refunds Issued?
Refunds are issued in cases where an order is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances — such as the item being out of stock, defective, or if there was a pricing or description error on our end.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us and submit your refund request mentioning your preferred refund method — bKash or Bank Transfer.
- Please provide your bKash personal number or bank account details when submitting your request.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment channel used for the original order. (e.g. if you paid via bKash, your refund will be sent to bKash.)
- Tulipe Shop reserves the right to use an alternative refund channel if it helps process the refund faster or more conveniently for the customer.
Refund Timeline
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment service provider.
Please Note: Refunded amounts are not eligible for any cashback, bonus, or promotional offers that were associated with the original order. Tulipe Shop is not liable for any service charges related to the refund transaction.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please use the return process instead.
Cancellation by Tulipe Shop
Tulipe Shop reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including but not limited to:
- Item is out of stock or no longer available
- Pricing or product description error due to a technical or typographical mistake
- Item found to be defective or damaged before dispatch
- Suspicious or unverifiable order information
In all such cases, the customer will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
